Program overview
This series of products is aimed at sensor signal measurement and is specially designed for transmitter solutions. It is integrated in sensor excitation circuit, PGIA, ADC, analog output, and different kinds of communication ports. Single-chip design of the transmitter solution can be realized with a simple peripheral circuit. The dedicated transmitter signal IC with integrated calibration algorithm can rapidly build up the mass production and transmitter calibration. Built-in 32bits MCU can be customized to save the external MCU and reduce power consumption of the system.

  • Built-in 3.6864 MHz RC oscillator, typical error is less than ±1% at -40~125℃ after calibration

  • Built-in low temperature drift benchmark. Typical value is 5ppm℃, maximum is 10ppm℃

  • OWI, UART, SPI and I²C communication ports. There are 4 GPIO includes 3 external interrupts

  • Operating voltage range: 6.5~40V. Built-in high voltage power management module

  • Operating temperature range: -40~150℃
