This product series is a digital multimeter IC integrated with TRMS (2kHz), LCD display driver. The built-in UART can achieve AC and DC voltage, AC and DC current, frequency, resistance, capacitance, diode (maximum voltage drop is 3.3V), triode, on-off, temperature, NCV, communication, pulse output, and other functions of digital multimeters. It supports automatic and manual measurements. The stable measurement goes to 6000 Counts. The OTP can be programmed in situ and the programming voltage is internally generated. Infrequently changing data such as calibration factors can be stored in OTP in place of external EEPROM.
